Our Wine Of The Week is a great Fall sipper and go-to gift for the holiday season – Hamilton Estates 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon. This vintage is produced from fruit sourced in the Lodi area of California’s central valley, resulting in a medium body and hints of plum and wild berries common in Cabs from this area. Recommend letting it open up an hour or two in the decanter. Alcohol is pleasantly a little light at 13.8%. Retail: $18.99
Hamilton Estates 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Wine Trade Network, a Napa-based producer of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, red blends, Chardonnay and other wines under its several labels. Hamilton Estates Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varietals are available on Wine.biz and are featured in gift baskets at 1800Baskets.
Note: Wine Trade Network is a Wine Adventure Journal sponsor and has provided wine samples for review.
