Our Wine Of The Week is 2018 LangeTwins Prince Vineyard Chenin Blanc, a refreshing summer sip from the Clarksburg AVA (American Viticultural Area) south of Sacramento, California (map below). The area is known for growing varietals that produce Old World-style white wines. This Chenin Blanc is a great backyard wine, perfect for dropping into an ice bucket to enjoy on the back patio on warm afternoons. Lots of apple and pear with a clean finish perfect for sipping or pairing with light summer nibbles. Alcohol at 12%, about $22 retail.
